Ooh ooh ooh I sense shenanigans and what not that I might be able to play around with and junk and do stuff and YAY! (I'm home bee-tee-dubs~ ^w^) As for actual input/question: Should there be like someone who's kind of... the environment? The ref? Someone who is a neutral party with their own motives to have shenanigans and what not?

...Can that person be me?
