Nom nom nom nom nom nom and yeah nom nom nom, schools been going for ages nom nom nom nom. Our long holidays start just after Christmas, and run until Feb.

Opps sorry, I should have put a spolier alert  :P

And yeah, it is just slightly awesome, going to the pool almost every day (if you're not me who has pale skin so burns really easily), and doing pretty much nothing. It's about six weeks in total, and our normal holidays are only two weeks, three if you go to a private school (which I don't). But then, after a while it gets just slightly boring... When do your holidays run for anyway?

I can't speak for Americans, but in a Canada, we have our summer Vacation, (two months and a bit) our Spring Break, (one week) Winter Break, (Extra two days in Feb/Jan) Christmas Break, (two and a half weeks) and extra days dotted all around the board.

In England? We got Summer (which just ended, six weeks) then six weeks of school, a week holiday, then another six weeks of school, two week Christmas break, 'nother six weeks, one week hols, six weeks, two weeks for easter, six weeks, one week of holiday, last six weeks then summer.

And for me, it's the same as this. Except with the summer holiday depends on if I finish all the assignments quickly. So I could have like 8-10 weeks then, but it not, it would be the same 6 weeks.

America's is just like Canada's. Except I've never heard of this "Winter Break" of which you speak.
