Here, on the top, you put the name of the guild, a banner if you have one, and the guild's logo if you have one. You also put the guild's name in the subject.
Here, you put the story of your guild. How it formed and how it was created. I believe that the more creative and detailed your story is, the better chance you have of getting members.
Here, you put the ranks of your guild if you have any, and how you get to those ranks.
Here, you put the join up application so people can join your guild.
Here, you put the members you have so far, so that the staff members know. Once you have 5 members, your guild will be put in pending addition. After that, all your members must post in a topic a staff member made with your guild's name in for your guild to be accepted.
