1.) My character can control the weather, although doing so takes a bit of energy out of her; if she changes it too dramatically, she could possibly black out or die.
2.) She can slightly control the water cycle (Ex: She could pick up a glass of water and turn the water into a cloud, then make the cloud precipitate the water back into the glass.)
3.) Lola can redirect electricity, but only when it is in the form of lightning.

Description: Has red hair, a black jumpsuit and wears a long green cape.
Powers: [human]
1: Has the ability to fly when not in transformed state.
2: Ability to transform from the state of Human to Dragon.
3: Can understand and speak all lingual sounds of the planet Earth. [ex: Can speak to a Squirrel, then turn around and speak to a Japanese person, and then go over to an elephant and talk to it, and you should get the point from there. {Can't speak an alien language, but eventually can learn it.}]

Dragon Description: The Dragon looks lik a Salamence but Full Jet Black in Color, except for the wings and underside, which are a Jade Green. The Eyes glow with an intense White.
Powers: [Dragon]
Due to Wings, has a standard flying.
4: Quicken-up. This ability just means that the Character can quicken his speed of flight/movement to better capture his opponents.
5: Can turn breath into three forms of attack; Fire, Ice, Electricity[in the form of lightning, NICOLA]



This Character is Nuetral, but very territorial. He will not hesitate to attack anybody.
