No. That kind of hit the ground harder than the water balloons hitting the guys face in that math problem my math teacher had us do today.

Yeah, we wanted to revive the main roleplay, but with all of the changes we were going to make to the system to make it more group-oriented, determining the exact style of roleplay got a little sticky and the topic died off. That and we never decided on a plot or a direction for our characters to take, which probably would have helped a bit.

Cool that you're starting up your DBZ roleplay again, though! I hope it goes well~

I personally really want to see the re-re-re-re-re-re-rebirth of what once was one of the best sites for Pokémon RP...

Cinder, for nostalgic reasons, I agree. At the same time, I realistically think it's never going to happen.

Yeah, the DBZ role play is going swell. It's come a long way and I've been able to pick up a lot of coding techniques. The DBZ RPG has essentially become a smashing success. It has an auto-update system, trade station (like an auction house), clan system, bounty system. I've really outdone myself with this project.

Earlier today I was talking to one of the co-creators of PJO about possibly rebooting PJO with an auto-update system sort've like DBUJ's. I know I tried rebooting PJO before but real life issues just kept coming up. DBUJ actually took a plunge for a bit there in the beginning because of that but we've got over 30 active players now.

Anyways, Pokemon "Ultimate Journey", is sort've a project that I've laid out on the table to consider. Applying what I've learned to a new PJO would make updates easier, and by easier I mean instant. Yes. Instant updates. Remember how hard we had to work to keep players up to date? When PJO grew to be the monster RP it was updates just... man. That's why I had so many staff members, and frankly I'm proud of every staff member that was able to keep PJO running when I disappeared for a while to work on other projects. I couldn't believe that the RP was still going strong when I come back, but every day I still feel regret over forgetting to renew the hosting. I still kick myself in the ass every day for that.

With all that aside, with what I know now we wouldn't have to worry about going through and updating player's biographies, we could just skim through their RPs and if their good we just reward them and the players could spend their EXP how they please on their Pokemon. I don't want to get you guys too hyped up since it's not a project I plan on starting any time soon, but I'd like to get it going at some point as a gift to all of you who have been keeping the name alive. The reason behind this is that I've also got another project I'm working on that's pretty close to being released in a public beta. It's a web based game, and probably my biggest project to date.

Anyways, if you're looking for some active role play and want to meet some new faces you should stop by DBUJ some time. It'd be great to have you guys over there. All I've done was brag about you guys. I'm sure the players there would love to meet you. I'll even throw you guys some Z Points to get you started. After all, I wouldn't be where I was without your dedication to PJO.
