Title: Roderick Post by: Jack on August 14, 2012, 12:13:26 pm Character Name: Roderick Age: 17 Gender: Male Appearance:(http://imgur.com/iewZu) Starting Pokemon: Eevee Trainer Class: Trainer Background (150 word minimum): Roderick's parents were quite esteemed business people living in an apartment in Celadon city, orchestrating sales for the multitude of pokemarts strewn throughout the world. This made them very wealthy. But did Rick get spoiled? Oh god no. His parents were determined for him to be self sufficient, so from a young age, he was made to take care of himself, cleaning up after himself, cooking, and running errands. This meant his parents didn't have to take care of him. This caused him to be rather detached, and aloof. As he started to come of age, his parents sent a message down that it was time to begin his journey, just as they had done. They set him up with basic materials from their offices, pokeballs, potions, other miscellaneous items that any trainer might need. He was carted off to a small cottage with his grandparents in Pallet town, to start his journey. A pokeball was handed to him with a smile from his grandmother, he slid it into his pocket, not bothering to look at the pokemon inside, and letting out a sigh as he stepped out into the cool breeze, his fringe blowing back, tightening his jacket around his shirt, stepping off, into the center of Pallet. |
